HOMES ERUMELY-TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBER-SHIP
MEMBERSHIP FEE: RS.5000/- A Payment of Rs.5000/-Rupees Five Thousand Only. (Basic cost Rs.500/-
Rupees Five Hundred Only
& an advance subscription towards customer facility of
Rs.4500/-. Rs. Four Thousand Five Hundred only.)
A member has the privilege
to spend 6 Hrs at a stretch on any day in an year along with 4 persons and
can avail bath, toilet and parking facility for a light motor
vehicle absolutely free for a period of 10 years.

Members
are eligible to reserve rooms/dormitory in advance and to
get 15% discount without any periodical revision of
room rates as per schedule.

Members are
eligible to bring 50 guests with them after confirming the
availability of admission and they are entitled for the
discount of 10%.

Management
is not responsible if space is not available for those
who come without prior information.

If the
member is not availing his privilege in a calendar year, he can
gift/rent his privilege after informing the management.

Additional
charges to prevailing rates shall be charged from extra
persons.

Any member
stays more than 6hrs should pay Rs.50/- for every person
for
a maximum of 24hrs.

Members are
eligible for self cooking with the sanction fromthe
management. Cleaning charges shall be charged.

The parking
of the vehicles will be allowed only upto the stay. Vehicles
other than light motor vehicle should pay extra parking fee.

In the
event of demise or permanent disability of member, the
nominee as indicated in the application form shall be
entitled to enjoy the facilities under this agreement during
the left period of the membership.

Any taxes,
levies, fees, charges imposed by government/authority shall
be paid by the member to the promoter on demand.

For the
purpose of this agreement one day is calculated at 24
hours from the time of arrival.

All the
payments should be made by in the name
of SABARI HOMES by crossed cheque/demand draft
payable at Erumely-686509, Kottayam District or
Vechoochira-686511, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. Or
to the account of SABARI HOMES which is notified time to
time
-
Any legal
dispute arose out of this, the jurisdiction is limited to
the Munisiff Court of Kanjirapally and sub court of Palai,
Kerala.
